Made solely from grapes and occasionally infused with whole, fresh fruits and herbs our wines and vinegars are made with your health in mind. We specialize in organic wines and vinegars aged in old-world traditions with absolutely no additives. We practice holistic farming running chickens in our vineyard and pastures to preserve soil fertility. We also restore native plants to all our land to accomplish what we termed Eco-dynamic Agriculture. Owned and operated by Kiva Dobson, and before him Robin Dobson, our family operated business is 30 years old and into the second generation. We strive to create change by being change and sharing our passion for sustainably with everyone!
