Pick a Pumpkin Patch Pumpkin

Oct 14, 2021 01:30PM ● By Bridge of the Gods Staff
You don't have to be in the market for a pumpkin to enjoy a pumpkin patch — or the sights along the way to visit one. October is a great time for harvest activities. Fresh apples, pears, plums, cider, baked goods, and a scenic drive are a few of the reasons to go pumpkin hunting in The Gorge. Many local farms and fruit stands have pumpkins for sale, but if you want to tromp into a field to take your pick, check out Mountain View Orchards or Packer Orchards. If you want to skip the jack-o-lantern and go foodie, check out our Pumpkin-Perfect Autumn Recipes
